The A Team（エイ・チーム）は、2011年9月9日に発売されたデビュー・アルバム「+ Plus（プラス）」に収録されているシングル。

クラスAの麻薬であるコカインをクラックすることに夢中になっている売春婦について語る歌詞のあるフォークバラードのデビューシングル。

Ed Sheeranによると、この曲は「ホームレスの避難所で特定の女性の経験をしたときの経験」から来たものだと言われています。

オーストラリア、ドイツ、アイルランド、イスラエル、日本、ルクセンブルグ、ニュージーランド、ノルウェー、オランダ、イギリスでトップ10入りを果たし、とくにイギリスではデビュー曲ながらトップ3入りを果たしています。

ミュージック・ビデオはRivers Rush Video Production CompanyのRuskin Kyle（ラスキン・カイル）によって撮影・編集されており、ロンドンのイズリントンにあるエンジェル駅とその周辺で撮影されました。女優のSelina MacDonald（セリーナ・マクドナルド）が麻薬中毒の若い女性を演じ、実際にEd Sheeranに売る描写などが描かれています。
