Mercy（マーシー）は、2016年9月23日に発売された2ndアルバム『Illuminate』に収録されているシングル。
意中の相手に翻弄され、「もうこれ以上心をズタズタにしないで、どうか情けをかけて（慈悲を！）」と切実に訴えかける、感情的なバラード。
相手に心を掴まれ、自分の力を超えた感情に苦しむ様子が描かれています。「あなたは私を意図的に傷つけているわけではないかもしれないけれど、私の心を引き裂いている」といった表現で、一方的な恋や、関係が終わっていく時の混乱と痛みが表現されています。
ビルボードホット100で最高15位を記録し、『Illuminate』からのシングルとしては2枚目となるトップ20入りを果たしました。また、オーストラリアでは最高13位、イギリスでは15位、カナダでは最高23位を記録しました。
