Sheryl Crow（シェリル・クロウ）がライヴ・アルバム「Live From the Ryman & More（ライヴ・フロム・ザ・ライマン＆モア）」を8月13日にリリースしました。
このアルバムには、2019年に行ったライヴから27曲が収録されており、ナッシュビルのライマン公会堂、ロサンゼルスのエース・シアター、ロード・アイランドで開催されたニューポート・フォーク・フェスティヴァルからのライヴ音源が収録されています。
ロック・クラシックやカバー等、往年のヒット曲に豪華ゲスト陣が参加しています。
シェリル・クロウはアルバムについて、「これは愛のプロジェクトであり、私たちの多くがライヴ・ミュージックを求めている時代のライヴ・アルバムとして、本当に完璧なタイミングです。このレコードを聴いて、私がお気に入りの人たちと歌っているのを一緒に部屋で聴いているような気分になれること、そしてまた私たち全員が一緒にコンサート会場に戻ることができる日まで、このエネルギーを感じてくれることを願っています。」と語っています。

4人兄弟の3女としてシェリル・クロウ誕生。5歳からピアノやオルガンを習い始め、17歳の頃本格的に音楽活動を開始する。ケネット高校卒業後ミズーリ大学に進学。作曲やクラシック・ピアノ、音楽理論を専攻する。当時、”カシミヤ”というバンドでキーボードを担当、ローリング・ストーンズやレッド・ツェッペリンのカヴァーを主に毎週末地元のライヴ・ハウスで演奏していた。 その後小学校の音楽講師をしていた経歴も…。今やグラミーの常連と言われ、アメリカを代表する女性ロック・ヴォーカリスト。
