『O, Yeah! Ultimate Aerosmith Hits（アルティメイト・エアロスミス・ヒッツ）』はエアロスミスのコンピレーション・アルバム。2002年7月2日にコロンビム・レコードとゲフィン・レコードからリリースされた。2枚組のアルバムで、バンドの最大のヒット曲27曲が年代順に収録されており、その時点までのバンドの全キャリアを網羅しているが、アルバム『Night in the Ruts』、『Rock in a Hard Place』、『Done With Mirrors』の曲は含まれていない。ただし、エアロスミスとRun-DMCのコラボレーション曲「Walk This Way」は含まれており、ハワイでレコーディングされた2つの新曲「Girls of Summer」と「Lay It Down」も含まれている。『O, Yeah! Ultimate Aerosmith Hits』はその後、米国でトリプルプラチナに認定された。アルバムカバーの隅には、バンドのキャリアを通じて使用されたエアロスミスのロゴのさまざまなバリエーションが目立つ。2011年9月13日に『The Essential Aerosmith』として再リリースされた。アルバムカバーは変更され、バンドのよりわかりやすいプロフィール写真が使用され、6曲を追加した限定版ボーナスディスクがリリースされたが、それ以外は2枚のCDのトラックリストは同じものとなっている。
