高校1年生のときにエントリーしたタレントショーのために作られた曲で、作曲プロセスは約20分で行われました。
当初はデビューアルバムに含めるつもりはなかった曲ですが、アルバムプロデューサーに進められ収録。3枚目のシングルとしてリリースされました。
全米ビルボード・ホットカントリーソングスチャートでは自身初の1位を獲得し、デビューアルバムからのシングルとしては最大のセールスを記録しています。
