Lose Yourself（ルーズ・ユアセルフ）は、2002年10月29日に発売されたサウンドトラック・アルバム「8 Mile: Music from and Inspired by the Motion Picture」に収録されているシングル。

自身が主演を務めた映画「8マイル」の撮影中の休憩中にセットで各詩に1つのテイクを使用して、セットのポータブルスタジオで曲を録音しながら作られました。

この曲にはいくつかの攻撃的なテーマが組み込まれており、主にB-Rabbitが対処した闘争と、彼が他のラッパーの尊敬を得るために彼の多くの問題や障害を最終的に克服する方法を扱っています。
